Decide whether you want to give it away or sell it. Paid items let you set a desired price.

Submit for Approval
Send the details to SBG for review. Nothing is accepted until SBG approves it.

Confirm Your Pickup
If approved, SBG contacts you with a confirmed pickup date and instructions.

Get It Picked Up
A carrier collects the item. For paid items, funds are released only after collection is verified.
Before you submit (Pass It On)
- Do not place the item outside until SBG confirms the pickup.
- SBG may accept, reject, or request more information about a submission.
- Pickup availability depends on the item, location, size, condition, and carrier coverage.
- Customers must disclose damage, missing parts, hazardous materials, batteries, liquids, or other special-handling requirements.
- Paid-item funds are released only after pickup and item verification.
- Large, heavy, hazardous, prohibited, or improperly described items may not qualify.
SBG arranges approved pickups using its carrier accounts. Carrier availability depends on the item, location, and shipment requirements.
