Platform Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Style Bridge Global website and application operated by Style Bridge Global LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Style Bridge Global,” “SBG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Style Bridge Global is the parent company and platform. Marketplace and Shop America are shopping channels within the Style Bridge Global platform; they are not represented as separate legal companies. These Terms apply across the corporate website, Marketplace, Shop America, accounts, requests, listings, and related services unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.

The platform supports account creation, product discovery, requests, sourcing, orders, payments, fulfillment, returns, refunds, seller activity, and approved participant payouts as those features are offered by SBG.

A “Coming Soon,” “Recently Spotted,” product-request, quote, or interest page is informational and is not an offer, inventory reservation, order acceptance, or promise that a product can be obtained. An order becomes binding only after SBG issues an order confirmation under the terms shown at checkout.

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. A user must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and notify SBG promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

One SBG account may support multiple activities, including buying, selling, making, providing services, scouting products, or fulfilling approved sourcing tasks. Selecting an activity does not automatically approve the user for regulated, seller, scout, shopper, or payout functions. SBG may require additional review, identity verification, agreements, or training.

Marketplace connects customers with approved artisans, makers, businesses, products, services, and opportunities. Shop America is a sourcing and shopping channel for American products, including customer-requested products and verified local discoveries.

Depending on the listing, SBG may act as the seller, reseller, sourcing coordinator, or marketplace operator. The applicable product page, quote, checkout, or order confirmation will identify the transaction terms and any third-party seller involved.

Listings and product sightings are subject to review. SBG may approve, reject, correct, suspend, or remove content when needed for safety, accuracy, law, brand integrity, or platform operations.

A store photograph or product sighting does not establish current inventory. Retail inventory, clearance prices, size, color, condition, and store policies can change without notice. Only items specifically marked as verified and available may be treated as available, and all availability remains subject to final confirmation.

Discount or former-price claims must be supported by reliable evidence such as a current store label or purchase receipt. SBG may remove a price-comparison claim that cannot be substantiated.

A sourcing request tells SBG what a customer would like us to locate. Customers must provide accurate specifications, including model, size, color, quantity, destination, maximum budget, and whether substitutions are permitted.

SBG does not guarantee that a requested item will be found, remain available, meet the requested price, or be lawful and practical to export. No shopper may make an unauthorized substitution or exceed an approved customer budget. Material changes require customer approval.

The amount presented before authorization may include the verified item cost, shopper or sourcing compensation, SBG service fees, domestic transportation, inspection or handling, international shipping, taxes, duties, and other disclosed charges.

Price estimates may change when retail prices, currency conversion, carrier rates, duties, or product measurements change. SBG will request approval for a material increase before proceeding when required. Customers are responsible for charges clearly disclosed at checkout or in an approved quote.

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. SBG does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. A payment authorization, sourcing request, or automated acknowledgment does not by itself constitute acceptance.

For a mixed Marketplace and Shop America basket, the customer may receive one SBG checkout and one unified order while SBG records channel allocations internally. Internal accounting allocations do not create separate customer transactions or separate legal sellers unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Orders may be divided into packages based on seller, sourcing location, fulfillment origin, carrier, or customs requirements.

International orders may be inspected, delayed, restricted, assessed duties or taxes, or refused by customs or carriers. The checkout or approved quote will state known responsibilities. Unless SBG expressly agrees otherwise, the recipient is responsible for providing lawful import information and paying destination charges not included in the checkout total.

The cancellation and return terms shown on the product page, approved quote, or checkout apply to that transaction. Clearance, limited-quantity, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced items may have restricted return eligibility when clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

A sourcing request may become non-cancellable after an approved shopper purchases the item or SBG incurs disclosed nonrecoverable costs. If SBG cannot obtain or ship an item within the applicable promised period, SBG will provide the choices required by law, which may include consent to a delay or a refund.

Approved refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Seller, scout, and shopper participation requires SBG approval and may require a separate written agreement. Posting a sighting, applying, or selecting a platform capability does not create employment, agency, partnership, guaranteed tasks, guaranteed earnings, or authority to bind SBG.

Participants must follow approved task instructions, retail-store rules, applicable law, safety requirements, and SBG verification procedures. They must provide truthful photographs, timestamps, prices, receipts, barcodes, condition evidence, and expense records. They may not purchase unapproved items, manipulate prices, submit duplicate or fabricated sightings, conceal discounts, or retain customer or SBG funds.

The legal classification and compensation structure for any shopper or scout program will be established in a separate approved program agreement before public activation.

Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegal, or unlawfully obtained goods are prohibited. SBG may also restrict goods that require special licensing, age verification, dangerous-goods handling, carrier approval, or import/export authorization.

Users may not misuse the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlawful export, harassment, scraping, malware, impersonation, account resale, false reviews, or infringement of another person’s rights. SBG may cancel, hold, investigate, or report suspicious activity as permitted or required by law.

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit. By submitting content, the user grants SBG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, translate, format, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, review, promote, and improve the platform and the applicable listing or request.

Users must have permission to submit the content and must avoid unnecessary faces, private addresses, payment information, identification documents, or other sensitive information in public photographs. SBG may crop, redact, restrict, or remove content.

SBG names, logos, designs, and platform materials remain the property of Style Bridge Global LLC or their respective owners. Store and brand names may be used descriptively; no affiliation or endorsement should be assumed unless expressly stated.

SBG may verify information, moderate content, limit features, suspend accounts, reject requests, cancel unsafe or unlawful transactions, preserve evidence, and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, customs officials, regulators, or law enforcement.

SBG may use reasonable fraud-prevention controls and may delay fulfillment or payouts while identity, receipt, inventory, payment, chargeback, safety, or compliance questions are reviewed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, platform features and user-submitted content are provided on an “as available” basis. SBG does not guarantee uninterrupted access, retail inventory, clearance pricing, third-party descriptions, customer demand, shopper earnings, seller performance, delivery dates, or manufacturer warranties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Any direct-liability limitation will not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBG’s aggregate direct liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to SBG for the transaction giving rise to that claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.

SBG may update these Terms as the platform develops. The page will display the version and update date. Material changes may require users to review and accept the new version before using affected transactional or partner features.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Claims may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Massachusetts unless applicable law gives the claimant another non-waivable forum right.
